There's Never A Perfect Time To Start
The truth is there will always be some issue - school, other activities, family commitments. But Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can fit into your child's life and become a positive force. Our head instructor started his journey at 25 with no prior sports experience and a few years later he was a champion! 

Why one month ?
  • Building Good Habits: It takes time to create habits and I think its important for you to build consistency and routines that are sustainable. after one month you would have done exactly this and be set to get the most out of jiujitsu
  • Building Relationships: You will come for jiujitsu but stay for the community. I think its important that you make new friends and build relationships with coaches and the team. once you have done this attending sessions becomes fun exciting and the highlight of your days. good relationships are not built in a day however a month is enough time to start feeling at home and fit in.
  • Understanding The Value: "The value is created after the experience, I often don't like speaking about the cost of memberships because the truth is you have no idea how awesome jiujitsu is and the benefits it can have on your life until you have experienced it, once you have only then can you truly understand the value. A 1 month trial is the perfect test. come in, give it a go, and if you are still here at the end of the month I'm sure you'll stay for the long term :)
